Actual colors may vary. Feather Leather Co. strives to ensure that photos are as true to color as possible; however, due to photographic lighting and the inconsistencies of monitor and screen settings, the color you see may not perfectly match the product’s true color.

Please note that all of Feather Leather Co.’s leather chaps and accessories are custom-made. As part of the creative process, I exercise artistic freedom to ensure the best fit, style, and design for your unique needs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations may occur in the final product’s appearance due to the handcrafted nature of Feather Leather Co.’s work.

Terms and Conditions

1. Custom Orders
All items are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days to try on or use the product and express any concerns. I reserve the right to address and rectify issues within reason, at my discretion.

2. Measurements and Fit
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. While I take great care to ensure the best fit, minor adjustments may be necessary after delivery. If I personally take your measurements, accuracy is guaranteed provided your body has not changed in a way that affects fit.

3. Artistic Freedom
By purchasing from Feather Leather Co. LLC, you agree to allow artistic discretion in design choices. This ensures a final product that reflects Feather Leather Co.’s craftsmanship, quality standards, and creative vision.

4. Color Variations
As outlined in the Disclaimer, actual colors may vary due to lighting, natural leather variations, and monitor settings. These differences are not considered defects.

5. Turnaround Time
Custom orders typically take 8–16 weeks to complete. Shipping times depend on the chosen method and destination. I will keep you informed on the status of your order, but delays may occur due to material availability, demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Care Instructions
Proper care and maintenance are essential to extend the life of your leather products. Feather Leather Co. LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, neglect, or misuse.

7. Liability
Feather Leather Co. LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of Feather Leather Co.’s products.

8. Communication and Customization
Clear and timely communication is critical during the customization process. While I make every effort to accommodate special requests, changes after work has begun may not always be possible and may incur additional fees.

9. Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work on custom orders, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and check. Work will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.

10. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of Feather Leather Co.’s products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 30 days of receipt so I may address it promptly and fairly.
